They need a valid Venezuelan passport. The passport must have at least 6 months of validity and 2 blank pages. Also, the bio page must be scanned and uploaded on the application form showing the details.
Digital Photograph
They must upload a digital photograph taken recently on white background. The picture should be clear, with no distortions or facial obstruction.
Debit/Credit Card
The visa fee is paid online, not in cash, so a debit or credit card is required. Once the payment is confirmed, they can submit their form.
Business Card
Business cards are the extra document required for business visa applications. For professionals, an invitation letter by a business entity in India is required.
Letter From Hospital
For Medical E visas, the applicant must provide a signed letter from the hospital where they'll visit for the treatment they seek.
Important Considerations
Separate Application For Minors
Parents traveling to India with their children must apply for a separate visa. This is because two persons may not use the same visa.
Don't Overstay
There are limitations to the number of days you can stay in India on an E Visa. If your visa allows you to stay for 30 days, 130 days, 90 days, or 180 days, don't stay a day more, as that would violate your visa. Note that the date starts counting from the day you enter the country.
Not For Work
E visas are not work visas. You need to apply for a work visa by visiting the Indian embassy in Caracas to obtain permission to work.
