The Japanese Embassy in Prague has made advance bookings compulsory for all consular visits as of 1 June 2026. Applicants must email the visa section for a confirmed timeslot; walk-ins risk being refused. Corporates sending staff to Japan should build the new lead time into assignment schedules.
