Poland sets 27 April go-live for nationwide MOS e-residence-permit portal

Poland will switch to an all-digital residence-permit process on 27 April 2026. From that date, foreigners must file temporary, permanent and EU long-term-resident applications exclusively through the new MOS portal, ending paper submissions. The change promises faster processing and greater transparency but requires employers and assignees to prepare electronic documentation and e-ID credentials.
