Poland sets 17 April shutdown of legacy MOS portal ahead of fully digital residence-permit rollout
The Office for Foreigners will deactivate the old MOS immigration portal on 17 April and activate a fully digital residence-permit platform on 27 April 2026. After that date all temporary, permanent and EU long-term permits must be filed online. Mobility teams have only days to finalise pending applications or risk having to restart in the new system.
