Visa application form. Fully completed application form with accurate information about the applicant.
Original passport. Must be valid for at least six months after the date of the intended departure to Yemen.
Passport-type photograph. Include 2 recent passport style photograph, with a white background taken within the last 6 months.
Invitation Letter.
An invitation letter from the Republic of Yemen, Department of Immigration.Business Letter. A soft/hard copy of business letter from the sending company/employer in Yemen. The letter should be printed on the company letterhead stationery, addressed to "The Consulate of Yemen, Visa Section", and signed by a senior manager. The business letter must adhere to the following guidelines: Briefly introduce the applicant (please specify employment status/position held in the company by applicant). State the nature of the business to be conducted (i.e. nature of contracting, etc.) and the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in Yemen.
Letter from a Doctor. Doctor's letter confirming the absence of any contagious or communicable diseases.
Two (2) completed application forms. All application forms must be typed and must include:
• The Sponsor / Host in Yemen. (e.g., U.S. Embassy in Sana’a, U.S. Consulate in Sana’a, etc.)
• Residential address in Yemen(e.g. Hotel, family or friend’s house, etc.).Original passport. Must be signed by the bearer and should not expire within six months from the expected time of arrival in Yemen.
Passport and application form copy. A copy of your passport and a copy of the application. (Please print in color)
Passport-type photograph. Two (2) original passport-sized photos, with a white background taken within the last 6 months.
Original letter from the Government agency. An original letter from the concerned Government agency (e.g. of State, Dept. of the Army, Dept. of the Navy, etc.) The letter must include:
• Your position (e.g., Colonel, Engineer, etc.) and the purpose of your visit.
• Name and phone number of your point of contact in Yemen and confirmation of your sponsor during your stay in Yemen.Invitation Letter. An invitation letter from the Republic of Yemen, Department of Immigration.
