Installed inside the airline’s Airport Operations Centre, the NeoFace Express X5 “facepods” authenticate crew passports and facial data in two seconds and push clearance records directly into the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP) system. The closed-loop set-up allows rostered pilots and cabin crew to bypass manual desks, trimming up to 15 minutes per turnaround cycle.
