The only condition is that the permit must be valid for at least 6 months from their arrival date and that they have enough funds in hand and a fully paid hotel reservation in Tunisia. These arrangements must be made before their arrival.

Citizens of some countries like China and Belarus may visit Tunisia for organized tours provided they have a hotel voucher and are traveling as a group. They can enter without visas for short visits.
