Single Monthly Notification to Replace 25 Different Czech Registration Forms From April 2026
From 1 April 2026, Czech employers must use a single online monthly notification to register, amend or deregister all employees, replacing around 25 legacy forms. The streamlined process should slash administrative hours and improve audit readiness, but companies must update HR workflows or risk fines of up to CZK 500,000.
