Czech Employers Must Use New JMHZ Digital Portal for All Foreign-Worker Notifications From 1 April 2026
From 1 April 2026 all notifications about the start or end of employment of foreign nationals in Czechia must be filed through the new JMHZ digital portal; paper forms and e-mails are no longer accepted. Non-compliance can trigger fines of up to CZK 100,000 and may jeopardise future work-permit filings.
