Poland updates work-permit fee schedule and narrows fast-track list for foreign hires
From 1 December 2025 Poland raised the fee for seasonal work permits to PLN 100 and for employer declarations to PLN 400 and has now started strict enforcement. Georgia is no longer on the fast-track hiring list, leaving Armenia, Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine as the only eligible nationalities. Employers must file all applications online and update them promptly to avoid penalties.
