Innovation chief heads to Beijing to promote World Internet Conference Asia-Pacific Summit in Hong Kong
Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry Sun Dong is in Beijing (16-19 March) to announce that Hong Kong will host the 2026 World Internet Conference Asia-Pacific Summit. The mission seeks central-government support and will pave the way for thousands of international tech delegates, reinforcing Hong Kong’s strategy of marrying large-scale events with upgraded talent-admission programmes.
