Houston to get full-service Finnish Consulate as of mid-February
Finland will open a full-service Consulate General in Houston on 16 February 2026, giving Gulf-Coast-based Finns access to passport, notarial and emergency assistance locally. The upgrade supports growing corporate-mobility flows linked to energy, technology and space projects in Texas.
