Prague Airport Unveils “AVA” Digital Assistant to Guide Passengers in Real Time
Prague Airport has launched AVA, a WhatsApp-based digital assistant that provides real-time flight tracking, way-finding and FAQ support. The always-on chatbot replaces SMS alerts, reducing pressure on information desks and giving business travellers up-to-the-minute gate and baggage updates. Facebook Messenger integration and live human hand-off will follow by March 2026.
