Austria and Italy broaden mutual recognition of university and applied-science degrees
Austria’s cabinet has authorised the entry into force of an updated treaty with Italy that adds 24 programmes – including Austrian university-of-applied-sciences degrees – to the list of automatically recognised qualifications. The move eliminates costly re-credentialing for graduates, streamlines cross-border staffing and supports Austria’s talent-attraction strategy.
