Uganda election closes Kampala German-visa centre until 16 January
Germany’s outsourced visa centre in Kampala has halted all appointments between 14 and 16 January because of Uganda’s elections. Applicants will be rebooked automatically, but business and study visas will face longer processing times. Companies should adjust assignment start dates and monitor local security conditions.
