SWISS & Edelweiss Limit Passengers to Two Powerbanks Each in Cabin Amid Battery-Fire Concerns

From 17 January, SWISS and Edelweiss will allow a maximum of two powerbanks per passenger, stored in hand luggage only, to mitigate lithium-battery fire risk. Larger packs (100–160 Wh) need pre-approval, and in-seat charging via powerbank is now prohibited.
