Poland Activates Mandatory MOS E-Portal and Quadruples Residence-Permit Fees
From 1 January 2026 all Polish residence-permit applications must be filed online through the MOS portal, with paper dossiers no longer accepted. Standard fees have quadrupled, forcing employers to budget PLN 400 per employee (PLN 800 for posted workers) and €200 for national visas. Companies must obtain e-signatures and train staff quickly to avoid status gaps.
