Jura-21 Outbreak Triggers Inter-Canton Travel Restrictions and Stay-at-Home Orders
A cluster of Jura-21 virus cases has prompted a 14-day stay-at-home order and mandatory testing or vaccination proof for anyone travelling into or out of Switzerland’s Jura canton from 25 December. Road and rail checkpoints are causing delays, and local public transport is scaled back by 30 %. Companies with staff or freight routes through Jura must arrange testing logistics and contingency plans.
