Poland finalises MOS e-portal mandate and quadruples immigration fees for 2026
From 1 January 2026 all Polish residence-permit applications must be lodged through the MOS e-portal and government fees will multiply by four, leaving HR teams just two weeks to adapt. The change completes Poland’s 2025 immigration reform and has major budgeting and process implications for multinationals relocating staff to the country.
