Cross-border heritage walk re-opens former Rafut frontier huts on Italy–Slovenia border
On 30 November local tourism boards in Gorizia are running a bilingual “Crocevie” tour through the disused Rafut frontier huts, highlighting the Italy–Slovenia border’s history and testing visitor-flow measures ahead of 2026 mega-events.
