Crucially for mobility planners, a record 54.5 % of travellers were international, underscoring the Czech capital’s rebound as a regional business-travel gateway.
Prague Airport executives attributed the uptick to route expansion: Etihad’s new Abu Dhabi service, Emirates’ return to Airbus A380 operations, and Condor’s twice-daily link to Frankfurt have deepened long-haul and feeder connectivity. The United Kingdom, Italy and Spain remained the top origin markets, while traffic from the UAE and Germany showed the fastest growth.
