China to Launch Digital Arrival Card and Widens Visa-Free Transit Network
Beijing confirmed on 6 November that a mobile, paper-free arrival card will go live nationwide on 20 November, streamlining entry for all foreigners. At the same time, China’s 24-hour and 240-hour visa-free transit programmes are expanding to 15 additional airports and ports, raising the total eligible gateways to 65. The measures cut processing time and give business travellers more routing options.
