From the comfort of their home or office, they can just apply for one with their smartphones.

Malaysian Business Visa based on Timeframe

Before the introduction of online business visas in 2017, any applicant looking to apply for a business visa had to visit the Malaysian consulate or embassy in their home country. The visa was introduced to facilitate the easy entry and exit of foreign nationals coming to Malaysia.

With a business visa, you can enter Malaysia to conduct business related meetings and activities such as signing deals, meeting suppliers and partners, attending business conferences and seminars, and any other business engagements.

As an Indian citizen, you can apply for an ENTRI business visa that permits you to stay in the country for up to 15 days per visit, but you cannot stay for much longer. Applicants who opt for an e-visa instead can stay for up to 30 days, and the visa is divided into single entry and multiple entry visas. Moves are already underway to create an eVisa called a Blockchain visa for technology professionals and investors, and this eVisa will be available in the nearest future.
