  • Passport-type photograph: The photograph you submit should not be older than six months. If you do not possess one, you may take the picture with a cellphone and meet the standards of passport-type photographs.

  • Proof of accommodation: You are required to submit a copy of your hotel reservations or any other type of lodging for your trip. The reservation must have the applicant’s name.

  • Health document: You are required to submit a negative COVID-19 PCR test. It should not be older than 72 hours before departure.

  • Email: If you are applying for a Kenya e-visa, you will be required to provide a valid email to receive news regarding the approval of your travel document.

  • Vaccination document: The Kenyan government requires travelers to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination. The last dose of the vaccine should be taken at least 14 days before the travel date. You must also possess the Yellow Fever vaccination.

A Kenya visa has a validity of up to 90 days. The processing time is relatively quick, taking up to 7 days to complete. How to obtain a Kenya visa
