Cuban passport holders who wish to visit Suriname must apply for a visa first. Cuba is not among the visa-free countries, so citizens must obtain a visa first to enter the country. Suriname Visa Requirements
Valid Passport: A passport with a minimum validity of six months is required for this application. The bio page should be scanned and uploaded on the online form.
Travel itinerary: Cuban applicants must upload their travel itinerary showing their plans in Suriname from the first to the last day of their visit.
Proof of Accommodation: A copy of their hotel reservation or booking letter showing where they intend to stay during the visit. If they are staying with a friend or relative, the resident must send them an invitation letter inviting them over. The letter must contain the name of the applicant and the permanent resident, including their contact address and the purpose of the visit.
Passport Photo: A passport-sized photograph is needed. The photo should have a 3x4cm dimension on a white background. There should be no shadows or sun glare that may distort the page. Applicants must face the camera lens with their face showing clearly. Their face should not be partially or completely covered with tinted sunglasses or religious covering. Their face and ears must be visible if they wear any religious covering.

Visa Processing Time
The visa takes about 72 hours to process but may take up to 5 days during public holidays. Endeavor to contact the agency handling your application regularly and only provide valid documents.
Validity
Suriname visas have different validity and may be a single-entry visa or a multiple-entry visa. The former is valid for 2 months, while the latter is for 12 months. For business visas, you may apply for two, two, or five-year multiple-entry visas. Transit visas are valid for three days, while a Suriname Tourist Card is valid for 90 days.
