  • Passport copy. A clear scan of the information page of your valid, signed passport.

  • Passport-type photograph. Include a passport style photo, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a charge associated with this service.

  • Proof of accommodation. A copy of hotel reservations or other lodgings for the duration of the trip. The applicant's name must be on the reservation.

  • Medical Insurance. Applicant should have medical coverage for the duration of their stay in Equatorial Guinea.

  • Yellow fever . A copy of the International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV) for yellow fever. To learn more about the yellow fever vaccination or to locate a vaccination clinic, please visit the CDC's yellow fever resource page .

  • Return ticket. Applicants must provide a digital format(PDF, JPG) of their return ticket (or an onward travel ticket) to ensure that the traveler does not overstay their allotted time in the country.

  • Proof of status. Copy of Green Card (both sides) or other proof of legal status in the US (such as copy of I-20, US visa, H1B approval notice, etc. VisaHQ cannot assist US B1/B2 visa holders at this time.)

  • Itinerary. A copy of round trip tickets or detailed itinerary for the duration of the trip. The applicant's name must be on itinerary.

  • Yellow fever . A copy of the International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV) for yellow fever. To learn more about the yellow fever vaccination or to locate a vaccination clinic, please visit the CDC's yellow fever resource page .

  • Bank statement. Copy of the applicant's bank statements from each of the past 3 months showing proof of sufficient funds (at least $2000). The statements must clearly show the applicant's name as the account holder, the balances of the accounts, and the date of the statement.

  • Official invitation or approval. An invitation from the National Security Counsel in Malabo is required in order to obtain a visa.

  • Police report. Original police report or Certificate of Good Conduct from the applicant's local police station.

  • Missionary Letter. A letter of invitation from the sponsor or host in Equatorial Guinea explaining the purpose of travel, length of stay, place of stay, and host's contact information.
