一项于2025年11月5日生效的十项移民新政，将中国多次入境“人才认证”许可从三个试点地区扩展至长三角、京津冀及所有自由贸易区，同时整合了此前的过境和数字化改革措施。

自2025年11月5日起，广东省新增五个口岸纳入中国240小时过境免签政策，其中包括港珠澳大桥和西九龙站，使符合条件的入境口岸总数增至65个。此举便利了来自55个国家的旅客免签进入华南地区，为珠江三角洲的商务活动带来利好。
24小时无入境检查的机场中转服务扩展至另外十个机场
中国自2025年11月5日起，24小时免签直达过境政策扩展至包括天津、武汉和重庆在内的10个机场。持有当天后续机票的国际旅客可无需签证和入境卡，直接在机场中转区停留，便利转机并降低出行成本。
China Adds Zhengzhou, Lijiang and Mohan to 144-Hour Visa-Free Transit Scheme
China has widened its 144-hour visa-free transit policy to cover Zhengzhou, Lijiang and Mohan, taking the total number of eligible ports to 37. Business travellers from 54 countries can now enter via these gateways and stay up to six days while transiting to a third destination. The move plugs long-standing geographic gaps in the scheme and is expected to make last-minute factory visits and tourism stops easier in central and southwest China.
Pakistan to Grant Free Visas to Chinese Citizens From August 2026
Islamabad will begin issuing free visas to Chinese citizens from August 14 2026, eliminating application fees for stays of up to 90 days. The policy is intended to spur investment and tourism linked to the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor and will simplify mobility for Chinese project personnel.
