Citizens of El Salvador visiting Mexico for tourism or business do not require a Mexico visa as long as they hold a valid United States visa, or have permanent resident status in Canada, Japan, United Kingdom, or Schengen countries.
Citizens of El Salvador that do not hold a valid US visa, do not require a visa for Mexico, but they MUST obtain a consular stamp in their passport prior to travel.
